The TechWorks Campus includes the TechWorks Building, the Courtyard by Marriott, and the John Deere Tractor and Engine Museum.
Courtyard by Marriott
One of the most unique hotels in the Midwest, the Courtyard at TechWorks is a fully renovated hotel in a former manufacturing building. The hotel has several meeting spaces for events and gatherings. The hotel also is home to the popular local restaurant Starbeck's Smokehouse.
TechWorks Building
This is a multi-tenant facility with the lower three floors dedicated to Manufacturing 4.0, workforce development, innovation, and nonprofit organizations. The top three floors are dedicated to financial technology (FinTech) and are owned by Lincoln Savings Bank.
